The Terms and Conditions below govern the agreement between you, the client, and us, India Insider Holidays. By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and make sure you understand them before confirming the booking with us. While we make all the effort to provide on-time service, we don't guarantee tour start and finish times, which may be delayed by any number of factors, including traffic, road conditions, weather, mechanical problems or any other conditions beyond our control.

We are not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused a result of such delay. We assume no liability or responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, delay, or expense arising from or caused by weather conditions, acts of God, war, accident, government restrictions or regulations, from an act or omission of any individual, traffic, road conditions, mechanical problems, or any other cause or condition beyond our control.

We are not responsible for the quality and safety features of public and private transport. We resume the right to cancel or change any tour, advertised schedule, or route without notice and assume no liability or responsibility for any conditions beyond our control that may interrupt or cancel any tour. However, if we cancel the tour from our side because of unavailability of transport or any other reason, we will give you a full refund. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed personal effects.

On booking any kind of tour services from "India Insider Holidays" online, an initial payment needs to be paid by customers to make the booking confirmed. The deposit amount is calculated based on the services like flight tickets and train tickets will require 100% advance payment and hotel bookings may need 50% to 100% payment depend on the policy of hotel to be booked.

Advance deposit can be done via our online credit card payment gateway, Bank / wire transfer or PayPal and respective Transaction will be charged extra over the booking amount. Before completing of the tour, the full and final payment should be done, "India Insider Holidays" reserves the right to ask you to pay remaining amount at any time during the trip depend your preferred payment will be required to be paid in cash to our representative just before departure.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your tour booking more than ten days before the start date, 25% of the tour fee will be charged for blocking the space.

If you cancel your tour booking one week before the start date, 50% of the tour fee will be charged for blocking the space.

If you cancel the tour booking in 48 hours or less before the start date, it would be considered as NO SHOW for which 100% of the tour fee will be charged for blocking the space.

Photos and marketing

You consent to us using images of you taken during the trip for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. You grant us a constant, royalty-free, worldwide, irreversible permission to use such images for promotional purposes and publicity. This Disclaimer Applies To All Tours You May Book With Us.
